My husband and I are so happy with our custom-built home and our builder Craig Sikes. We purchased our home already built in July of 2019. Craig has a wonderful eye for detail and customizes everything from the moldings to the small fixtures and accents. He only works with quality crews for all building needs. His painters, electrical, concrete, flooring, and appliance crews are always very skilled and respectful when working in his homes. He has a pure passion for people and goes above and beyond to make your building, buying, and living experience easy and successful. We have been in our home for a year and Craig has always helped us with anything we may have needed. If there is anything he can do, he does not hesitate to lend a hand. Using Craig Sikes has made the building process go smoother than I ever could have imagined! I dreaded the thought of building a new house and having to deal with all of the day to day details while having to run my own business. Craig assured me that he would help me with every step along the way. And he certainly did! All of my questions were answered immediately, and concerns were always taken seriously. He was patient with my questions, and always available to me. Craig uses the best sub-contractors and expects the same attention to detail from them as he gives to his clients. I would definitely use him to build again, but not for a while because our new custom home is exactly what we wanted!
